Christina Ermilio
Communication
Christina, originally from the East Coast, has spent the last decade immersed in food and sustainability. With a degree in Anthropology and French, she began in nonprofit executive search but found her true calling in the food industry. Initially drawn to pastry, she shifted her focus towards bread production after experiences with bakeries working with short supply chains and direct selling in both Italy and the US. Recently, she earned a master’s in sustainable food systems in Rome and has supported communications for organizations such as the Comunità Grano Alto and the World Farmers Markets Coalition. Though no longer in bakery production, Christina remains dedicated to supporting communications in sustainable and innovative projects connected to social change.
